We want you to be happy and comfortable in your new home. Before you move in, our Customer Care team will join you on site and walk you through everything you need to know. We’ll go through each room, cover simple maintenance and care details, and make note of anything we can do to make your home as perfect as we can. Once your home is ready, we’ll meet again to hand you your keys. After a year of living in your new home, we’ll visit again to make right any deficiencies you might find.
