Founded in 2005, Raicon Developments builds some of British Columbia’s most thoughtfully designed homes, operating as developer, builder, and project manager.

As a family-owned company, we work with partners who share our commitment to building better homes—thoughtfully, sustainably, and with long-term value in mind.

We’ve gotten pretty good at it too.
